okay so this basically summarises how my fave groups, ult biases and biases have changed from 2018 when i first got into kpop to now. the difference is honestly quite surprising...

september 2018
watching both seasons of dream high got me to look up the cast and voila! i found out most of them were kpop artists. i fell in love with JB and jinyoung in dream high 2 so i watched an "unhelpful guide to got7", a few videos and their mvs of course.

october 2018
a ten minute cut of bts on weekly idol came up on autoplay right after a video of got7's appearance on the same show. in that ten minutes alone, i fell for their personalities and ended up binge-watching all their weekly idol episodes and consequently their content.

november 2018

H1 2019
this year brought a LOT of changes in the way i viewed kpop, i also got to discover more genres i liked, i could now consider myself an actual kpop stan and not an overly biased btspopper. thank God for this year @.@

H2 2019
i transitioned into a new higher academic phase which brought so much stress, i was so down all the time and i got separated from all my friends too since i got into a selective school. my new school was so different, demanding and so far away. i started listening to more music. this is where i also met my current ult group hehe.

H1 2020
if 2019 opened me up to kpop more, 2020 completely changed everything for me: red velvet released psycho on the last day of 2019 making them my ult girl group, also i came out of denial and admitted that nct was my ult boy group over bts, and later on that dream was my ult unit with jaemin as my ult bias instead of joint with taeyong (after reload).

uhh well i keep listening to so many songs!! it's just i mostly casually stan most of the groups in my stan list (other than my ults) and there are many other groups i don't even casually stan even if i listen to their entire discography (like bts, ateez, mamamoo, gfriend, etc).
